JOBS

Loadmaster

  • Minimum Experience: 2 years as a Loadmaster or 3 years as a Duty Supervisor handling wide-body freighters.
  • Certificates: Weight and Balance Basic Training, Dangerous Goods Cat. 7.6, 747 experience is an advantage, eligibility to work in the European Union.
  • Skills: Problem-solving, flexibility, ability to work under pressure and fatigue, highly organized, excellent communication.

Trainer/Instructor

  • Minimum Experience: 5 years in your area of expertise, including at least 2 years as a trainer in that area.
  • Certificates: Instructor/Trainer Certificate, Train the Trainer Certificate, eligibility to work in the European Union.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, public speaking, strong attention to detail.

Cargo Supervisor

  • Minimum Experience: 1 year as a Loadmaster or 3 years in ramp activities, experience with aircraft pallet build-up.
  • Certificates: Weight and Balance Basic Training, Dangerous Goods Cat. 7.6.
  • Skills: Highly organized, excellent communication, strong attention to detail, ability to follow procedures and checklists.

CLC Officer

  • Minimum Experience: 1 year as a CLC Officer on wide-body freighters.
  • Certificates: Weight and Balance Basic Training, Dangerous Goods Cat. 7.6, additional aircraft-specific qualifications considered an advantage.
  • Skills: Attention to detail, problem-solving, ability to perform under time pressure, familiarity with various load-planning software.

Loadability Officer

  • Minimum Experience: Extensive knowledge of oversize cargo, tie-downs, shoring, and spreading. Previous experience in airline ground operations is an advantage.
  • Certificates: Demonstrated experience with oversize shipments.
  • Skills: Geometry, mathematics, problem-solving, knowledge of multiple aircraft types.

Crew Scheduling and Operational Planning Officer

  • Minimum Experience: 1 year as a Crew Officer in an airline.
  • Certificates: Bachelor’s degree in Airline Management, knowledge of EASA and crew duty regulations.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational skills, ability to follow procedures and checklists, familiarity with various crew scheduling software, problem-solving.
