7. Payments

All fees and charges are agreed in writing prior to the start of services. Unless otherwise specified, invoices are payable within 30 days from the date of issue. Late payments may incur additional charges.

8. Liability

Avianta will perform services with care and professionalism. However, Avianta cannot be held liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, delays caused by third parties or factors outside our control (such as weather, strikes or air traffic restrictions). Liability for direct damages is limited to the value of the contract under which the claim arises.
