7. Payments
All fees and charges are agreed in writing prior to the start of services. Unless otherwise specified, invoices are payable within 30 days from the date of issue. Late payments may incur additional charges.
8. Liability
Avianta will perform services with care and professionalism. However, Avianta cannot be held liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, delays caused by third parties or factors outside our control (such as weather, strikes or air traffic restrictions). Liability for any direct damages shall in all cases be limited to the value of the services provided under the contract giving rise to the claim.”
9. Force Majeure
Avianta shall not be held liable for failure or delay in the performance of its obligations where such failure results from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, airport closures, governmental restrictions, air traffic control limitations, pandemics, or other operational disruptions affecting aviation activities.
10. Confidentiality
Both Avianta and its clients agree to treat as confidential any non-public operational, commercial, or technical information exchanged in the course of service delivery, unless disclosure is required by law or regulatory authorities.
11. Independent Contractor Status
Avianta operates as an independent service provider. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted as creating an employment relationship, joint venture, or partnership between Avianta and its clients.
12. Contractual Precedence
Where a separate written agreement or service contract has been signed between Avianta and a client, the provisions of that agreement shall prevail over these Terms and Conditions in the event of any inconsistency.
13. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, texts and graphics on this website are the property of Avianta unless otherwise stated. They may not be copied, distributed or reproduced without prior written consent.
